The time has come! We've all been waiting for this moment ever since we confirmed we'd have to lift the shell back when we removed the subfloor. While there are lots of ways to lift the shell of an Airstream, after lots of research I have settled on this particular way to lift the shell. Since we don't have to take our frame any where for repairs and we can do it all right here this method was the best option for us. I will admit, though, not matter which option you go with, this process is extremely unnerving! Proceed with caution!
Now we need to do everything we need to do in order to get the shell back on so it can be elevated for the least time possible. Next video we will be replacing the rusted out outriggers.
