In this video you will learn how to work out the side length of a cube if you are only given the volume. To do this you will just need to cube root the volume of the cube, as the formula for the volume of a cube is V = L^3. So in the example given the volume of the cube is 216 cm^3 and you need to find the cubes side length. To do this cube root 216 to give a side length of 6cm.
