Configure Exchange 2010 with disjointed name space. Your internal domain name is different form public domain name (advnet.prv = test.ncstech.org). Configure email policy for user mailbox creation along with allowing acceptable domains. Set the OWA access so users will no longer have to type the domain and username. Also, there was an issue with Exchange updates that showed only a blank screen when users tried to access OWA. There's an Exchange Powershell script to fix this.
