COLOMBIA'S priority is to extradite the captured drug lord Dairo Antonio Usuga, known as Otoniel, to the United States, government and security sources said on Sunday.
Colombia's most powerful drug lord and one of the United States' most wanted criminals was captured after more than ten years on the run.
