These easy diabetic dessert recipes are the perfect dessert for the family. I share these healthy diabetic dessert recipes with my patients.
As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and
achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. You should be thrilled to learn that we can reverse prediabetes and we can reverse prediabetes naturally.
As a dietitian, my clients are constantly asking for easy ways to make the best diabetic dessert recipes.

Diabetic Blackberry Dumpling
1 ½ lbs frozen berry mix
1 tbsp 100% butter
½ cup water
⅓ cup Swerve
1 cup Carbquik
1 cup PLAIN Greek yogurt
2 tbsp water
Combine Carbquik and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp water.
Combine and place to the side.
Place a large saucepan on the stove top.
Add berries, butter, water, and Swerve to the pan.
Bring to a boil.
Drop Carbquik mixture by tablespoonfuls.
Cover, set heat to medium-low, cook 15-20 minutes.
Serve.
Low Carb Ice Cream Recipe:
1 container of premier protein
3 cups of frozen berries
Blend in blender.
Nutrition Facts (5 servings):
74 calories
8 net carbs
6 grams of protein
Keto Blueberry Dump Cake
3 cups blueberries (frozen)
1 pkg Keto and Co Vanilla Cake Mix
¼ cup (or ½ stick) Kerry Gold Butter
Preheat the oven to 350.
Spray a 9x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer blueberries, cake mix, and slice butter.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour with heavy whipping cream.
Serve!
Nutrition Facts (Makes 12 servings)
Calories: 88
NET CARBS: 7.5 grams
Low Carb Strawberry Shortcake Recipe:
1 pkg of Keto and Co Yellow Cake Mix
1 can Strawberry Zevia (can use ½ can of Zevia if you like a denser cake)
1 8 ounce pkg strawberries, sliced
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine Keto and Co yellow cake mix and strawberry zevia in a medium size bowl.
DO NOT USE A MIXER.
Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick cooking spray (I used Coconut Spray)
Pour mixture into pan and bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes. (I cooked for 55 minutes)
While the cake is baking, pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl.
Whip with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes.
Refrigerate.
Remove from the oven and cool.
Layer strawberries on cake.
Pour cool whipped topping on cake.
Serve!
NUTRITION FACTS: Servings: 9 Calories: 84 calories NET CARBS: 3 g (24 carbs - 11 grams fiber - 10 g sugar alcohol)
