MEGADETH drummer Shawn Drover has quit Megadeth he has recently stated: "After 10 years, I have decided to quit MEGADETH to pursue my own musical interests. "I want to thank Dave Mustaine and the entire MEGADETH family, as well as thanking all the amazing MEGADETH fans around the world!!! "Stay tuned for info on my next musical journey."
A New Zealand judge was possibly going to issue an arrest warrant for AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd as he failed to show up for his court hearing on November 26.
Radio New Zealand reported Phil was to be in court at 9 .and he was a no show so the judge gave him until 9:30 a.m. Phil arrived 15 minutes later, and gave no plea to the three charges he faces: threatening to kill a man, methamphetamine and cannabis possession. Phil is remanded on bail.
Phil is now set to appear in court on December 2. Report below:
