This area can be found in the Organics Repurposing Center after defeating Solo. It also seems to work well for the "Meet Cypher's Edge" Trophy.

I was playing through the game looking for a good place to get this trophy and was having difficulty till I found this little spot where the one of the flying enemies spawns endlessly and you can just kill them until you have it without getting hit.
