NOTE: Set the flame/Heat in medium to low heat only.

Ingredients:
1 kilo or 4 pcs BANGUS/MILKFISH
200grams tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
2 medium tomato
30grams menudo/afritada Mama Sita Mix
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp whole black peppercorn
3 Bay leaf
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 cup water

Note: Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
