Following an ancient tradition nobody quite understands, fearless swimmers were seen taking a dip in festive hats and costumes in The Serpentine, in London’s Hyde Park, early on Sunday morning.
A traditional piper belted Scotland the Brave as the hardy divers took to the freezing waters.
