Get ready to achieve fit, strong, sculpted arms without any equipment in this standing arms workout. Using body weight exercises designed to give you the ultimate upper body burn, this 10 minute workout will help you target all the major muscles of your upper body including your chest, back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. This at home routine is great if you have wrist sensitivity and don't like mat based work like pushups or planks. Its the perfect video to squeeze into your morning before a long work day or at the office when you need a little pick me up exercise break.
This routine moves NON stop. We will move from exercise to exercise without taking a break for the ultimate arm burn. Please feel free to modify as needed and pause if you want a break. The more you practice this video the better you will get at it and the more sculpted your arms will become . If you are consistent doing this video 3-4 times a week for 4 weeks, you WILL see results. Youll feel stronger in your upper body and see muscle definition, not to mention improvements in your posture and performance.
