Laparoscopic enucletion of the esophageal leiomyoma. Leiomyoma located in the distal part of the esophagus. laparoscopic abdominal approach was preferred . during the enucleation , the small tear was occurred on the esophageal mucusa. the tear was repair with interrupted sutures. and the esophageal muscle was closed with running suture. The cruroraphy was added to the esophageal orifice.
