TRX Back to Basics: Now that we have our straps, let's get our #SuspensionTrainer all set up. As a rule of thumb, your straps should be anchored 7-9 feet off the ground.
First, we're walking through how to set up your suspension trainer using a door anchor.
1️⃣ Grab your door anchor
2️⃣ Take your suspension trainer and loop the carabiner through the door anchor
3️⃣ Place the "pillow" over the top of your door and close the door
Next, we'll go through setting up for TRX over a beam.
1️⃣ Grab your suspension anchor
2️⃣ Toss your suspension anchor over the beam and cross over a few items
3️⃣ Clip in your suspension trainer to the bottom loop on your suspension anchor
