Note for Noobs:
all commands which has "adb xxxx" needs to be typed when you are in the Android OS and the commands which are starting from "fastboot" needs to be typed when you're in the Bootloader mode!!
Where to write the commands?
Extract the fastboot n adb..press n hold shift key n press right click..select "Open command window here".. type all commands here..
