Here I presente you a delicious classic mushroom & green spring onions omelette
I first panfry the chopped mushrooms until half of their moist is gone , adding my chopped greens and then transfer 4 bitten eggs over the mushrooms and keep on cooking the omelette careful to keep the consistency moist relatively soft while rollling it..Et voilà. Ready.
