Documents Proving That The Employee Is A Manager in Vietnam

According to the Vietnamese Labor Code, a manager is a person who manages a business or is more specifically a head of a private business and a company manager according to the company's charter. The positions that a foreign manager can hold in Vietnam are: Chairman of the company; Chairman of the Board of Members, member of the Board of Members; Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Board of Directors; and General partner. Moreover, a business manager can also have other positions stipulated in the company's charter such as: Director, General Director, Head of Representative Office.
