This video provides an overview of CVSan's Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) control program. This program is required by and developed according to the Waste Discharge Requirements of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, to prevent FOG related Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs). This program is intended to reduce the amount of FOG that is discharged either directly or indirectly into the public sewer main by Food Service Establishments.
