Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are being held on house arrest awaiting their trial. The brothers are being accused of human trafficking and of creating a criminal gang to exploit women while living in Romania. Prosecutors are pushing the court to reexamine a ruling they previously instated on the brothers based on new information. If the court agrees with prosecutors the brothers will be transferred into police custody to await trial.
