Russia and India are in talks on upgrading the T-90S Bhishma main battle tanks. According to TASS, Rosoboronexport (a subsidiary of the Rostec state business) is in talks with New Delhi on modernising India's T-90S Bhishma main combat tanks t at the Army 2021 International Military-Technical Forum 
A variety of modernized systems for the Indian T-90S tanks have undergone and Preliminary trials of several modernized systems installed on the Indian-provided tanks, have been carried out. Rosoboronexport is currently conducting final tests, after which a decision will be made on whether to install the upgraded systems on the main battle tanks. Rosoboronexport is ready to look into the supply of the modernized T-90MS tanks to India,however ,,The Indian side has not applied to Rosoboronexport for deliveries of T-90MS tanks,
