The Maple Plan is a country farmhouse meets barndominium style floor plan. It is a 40 x 60 barndoinium floor plan with shop and garage options and comes with a 1000 square foot standard wraparound porch.

It’s a three bedroom, two and a half bath layout that includes an office. You can add a loft and/or additional bedroom upstairs in, although the original is a ranch-style floor plan. The master bedroom is a spacious 15 x 13 that leads into an oversized master bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, separate soaking tub, a water closet, split vanities, and linen. Make your way through the master bathroom into the spacious, attached his and hers closet.

An additional feature inside the his and hers closet is a Murphy Door that opens up to a safe room. So, you have a place to store items you want to keep concealed. The other bedrooms in the home are 12 x 11, and have a standard size bedroom with an adjoining bathroom on the guest side. The main living area is 22.5 feet wide and runs 40 feet deep. So, the kitchen, dining, and living room are all open with high vaulted ceilings, with a 22-foot high center beam in the ceiling.

The Maple Plan has a front entrance, a rear entrance, and a side entrance through the laundry and mud room. The side entrance is convenient because we do have an option to add a garage to this plan. And then, you could have a covered breezeway connecting to the laundry room and bring your entrance from your garage through the back of the house making it convenient for dropping off dirty shoes, bookbags, etc, before entering the main home. There is an oversized pantry right off of the kitchen suitable for storage, as well as a big working surface with three windows with a clear view of the rear yard. There is an oversized 4 x 11 foot island perfect for counter height seating up to six people, as well as a huge working surface for prepping in your kitchen with a sink in the island.

The Maple Plan also boasts a fireplace in the living room. The standard is a ventless gas fireplace but can be converted to wood with a full chimney. Also, the rear of the house has a separate mechanical closet that is accessible from the backyard, making it suitable for your sprinkler systems and other utilities of the home. Some other add-ons for The Maple Plan, in addition to adding on a garage or carport, you could add on a shop or a mother-in-law suite that can be completely detached or attached via breezeway to the home.
