This is the first true test of my Lectric XP 3.0 in off-road conditions. In this first in a 3 part series of off-road videos I test the XP 3.0's ability to handle rocky singeltrack including one steep loose climb that took several tries to nail. I find that selecting the correct combination of pedal assist (PAS) and gearing is key to tackling different situations when going off-road.
Are the Lectric's suspension, tires, motor and handling good enough to tackle these tough conditions? The Lectric may be considered a commuter bike, but I was surprised to learn what it could handle off -oad.
