Over the last 23 years, SIAS has observed that the local financial market shift from a merit-based, prescriptive regulatory regime to one that is primarily disclosure-based. It is incumbent on investors to be knowledgeable and well informed and play a role in enforcing good corporate governance. For a company to be progressive, successful, and yet maintain high standard of good corporate governance, all stakeholders need to play their roles well. In this coming investor forum, SIAS will, therefore, discuss and expound on the roles of the Board, Directors, Management and Shareholders.
