After developing schizophrenia in college, healthcare providers and his community helped Carlos work through his condition and get his life back on track. Wanting to give back, Carlos went back to school to become a psychiatric nurse, and recently received a law degree. Through his own lived experience and passion for music, Carlos hopes to empower patients living with schizophrenia.
