Geopark Vis Archipelago comprises a number of near-shore islands and five remote open-sea islands, forming a triangle-shaped maritime zone located in the middle of the Croatian par of the Adriatic. Geopark Vis Archipelago encompass the island of Vis and all the islands belonging to it - the entire Vis archipelago - which is geologically and biologically its integral underwater part.
