BYU IT and Cybersecurity assistant professor Amanda Hughes has been awarded a competitive $24,000 National Science Foundation (NSF) RAPID grant. The goal of the project is to better understand the process of real-time decision making by human volunteers while they rapidly convert social media data into structured codes that machines can understand.
