To obtain the Daedric Horse you have to travel through the Mythic Dawn Temple at an Oblivion Gate. For the first time since you shut the great one near Bruma you get to roam the Planes of Oblivion again. Here, within the breath of Mehrunes Dagon lies a hidden tome, a Spell Tome which will teach you how to summon the Daedric Horse.
