From time to time, I have been asked to name my favorite bands / of the 1970s, a seemingly tough question. However, despite the huge number of amazing bands to pick from, there were always 3 bands from that era that I wanted to see live in concert, more than any other: The BeeGees, ABBA, and, last, but not least, The Eagles.

Alas, I never got to see ABBA or The BeeGees in concert. But, when The Eagles reunited for their Hell Freezes Over tour, I was there!! And it was everything I hoped for and more.

The Eagles were something amazing. A distinct sound. And nobody was better than them when it came to vocal harmonies.
