Ahead of the July 8 West Bengal panchayat polls, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) on Monday wrote to the State Election Commission against Governor CV Ananda Bose, alleging that the latter was "interdicting" the election process and violated the Model Code of Conduct by meeting leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
