It’s that time of year again. We need your help, and your votes, to support THREE panels we have for consideration at the 2024 SXSW EDU conference in Austin, TX.

“Representation to Power: Increasing Latina Leaders in Education,” will explore the challenges Latinas face in entering and stepping into leadership roles within the education sector, innovative work to cultivate more Latina leaders, and why Latina leadership matters. We are partnering with powerhouse Latina leaders, including our very own Karen Maldonado, Lynn Public Schools principal Frangie Cruz, San Jacinto Board Trustee Dr. Michelle Cantu-Wilson, and Colorado’s first Latina education commissioner, Susana Cordova, to bring Latina magic to SXSW Edu!
