So we had a Weber's law experiment for our Psychology class. We basically put hotsauce on a spoon, then gradually added more of it. We went up to 9 drops, then had them wash their mouths out. We then dumped 9 drops on their without the buildup, and people thought that it was hotter than the last one, even though it was the same.
