This is a very simple and easy recipe. Great taste. My wife loves the Teriyaki Chicken, you can use what ever sauce you want to use. The sesame oil really adds that great Asian flavors we love.

Ingredients
Chicken (We used 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast)
Zucchini
Mushrooms (we used Portobello)
Onions (We used 3 large sweet onions)
Jasmine Rice
Sesame Oil
Vegetable Oil
Soy Sauce
Butter
Minced garlic
1 Egg per cup of rice
Sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
Rice
Use Jasmine Rice, we made 6 cups
Cook rice according to package, place in refrigerator for minimum of 8 hours, we placed ours in for 12 hours. Place on a baking sheet if possible to spread out and dry out evenly. Rice needs to dry out and be cold. Take out of fridge, mix in carrots and peas. Place vegetable oil on griddle. Put rice mixture on griddle and allow to warm and heat up for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add sesame oil, butter, minced garlic and soy sauce. Mix well and leave on griddle to warm up. Add onions that are diced up. Continue to cook rice and onions. Once hot, season to taste. Add scrambled egg to rice and continue to heat. Once to your liking serve hot.
Chicken
Cut chicken into bite size bites.
Place oil on griddle, place chicken on griddle, add sesame oil. Cook chicken until almost done, add soy sauce, continue to cook for a short time, add teriyaki sauce and mix well. Push over to side and allow chicken to finish cooking. Once it is done, serve hot.
Vegetables
Cut all into bite size bites. Follow same cooking instructions as chicken.
