Bolani or Peraki is a well known traditional recipe originated in Afghanistan. It is a flat bread stuffed with vegetable filling, typically either with potatoes, leeks or pumpkins, In this video I am showing you my way of making a delicious potato filling bolani... enjoy!
Ingredients for the stuffing:
4 large onions (uncooked) finely chopped
1 large bunch of fresh coriander chopped
5 large potatoes 80% cooked
Spice mixture (lightly cook): oil, 1 small chopped onion, grated garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1tsp coriander powder & 1 tsp red chilli flakes.
Dough:
500g of plain flour
Pinch of salt
Warm water
