Ingredients:📝
Palak - 500 gm
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 2
Cardamom - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion - 1 large
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chillies - 4
Chopped tomato - 1 large
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Chopper coriander - 1 tablespoon
Chicken - 500 gm
Preparation: 👇🏻
Clean the palak/spinach well and blend to a paste. Keep aside
In a pan add cooking oil, cinnamon, cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaves, cumin seeds and a chopped onion. Sauté.
Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Mix well.
Add a chopped tomato, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chopped coriander. Mix well.
Add chicken and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes with the kadhai covered.
Add the blended palak/spinach,
Mix and cook for another 10 minutes with the kadhai covered.
