NASCAR has now come under a lot of trouble with the lawsuit against them. Just a few weeks back, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filed an antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR. The plaintiffs were not happy with how NASCAR has been ruling the sport and with how they coerced the teams to sign the new charter agreement for next year. NASCAR's immediate problem at the moment is certain information that could come to light with this lawsuit. If this information becomes public along with the court documents, NASCAR stands to lose control of almost everything.
