Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tomato
20 g cheese
2 pinches of salt (or to taste)
2 pinches of ground black pepper (or to taste)
2 sheets of parchment paper

400 g green beans
20 g unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Filling ingredients:
50 g cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
2-3 garlic cloves
a bunch of dill
ground black pepper to taste

*Bake the chicken at 200°C (392°F) for 35-40 minutes, but baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven
