Traditional Turkish meatball "Köfte" are served as a main course with french fries,rice pilaf, vegetables and yoghurt.
Ingredients;
- 500 gr ground beef
- 125 gr stale bread (4-5 slice) or 3/4 cup of breadcrumb
- 1/4 cup of milk or water
- 2 medium diced onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
