A mother and her young daughter were found drowned in the swimming pool of a Florida apartment complex over the weekend and police are investigating how the tragedy occurred. The 31-year-old and her 5-year-old daughter were spotted floating in the pool Sunday by two residents of the Coral Springs complex at about 3:30 p.m., officials said. The men administered CPR until paramedics arrived and transported the victims to an area hospital, where they were pronounced dead. #InsideEdition
