Ingredients
1 medium fresh chicken and its juice
500 g jufka
3-4 branches of thyme
100 g butter
Salt
1 bay leaf
Preparation
• Rinse the chicken carefully and bring it to boil with salt, thyme and bay leaf.
• In a baking tray put the jufka, sprinkle them with butter and thyme and place in the oven until they take color (max 5 minutes stirring them). Careful not to burn!
• Once the chicken is cooked and the jufka have taken color in the oven, get and pour your tray with hot chicken broth.
• Place the whole chicken or cut into pieces and put it back the tray to the oven so that the chicken get color and the jufka cook.
• Serve the jufka hot with the chicken pieces.
