Any problem caused by the overuse of any antiseptic liquid, it is very simple you have to keep washing until that area is little better. You have to go on washing until the tenderness is less, redness is less.Washing clear clean water if possible it'll be just room temperature water and not warm because it will cause more pain. keep the area clean and dry after washing. In any case if you have antiseptic cream which is not very irritant you can apply it. If you have antiseptic overindulgence or redness in that area it is understood that you have a bigger problem, so in any case wash that area apply an antiseptic ointment which is mild and soon consult an ENT doctor so he can give you appropriate treatment.
