Reversed seared some nice thick cut pork chops on the SNS Kettle Grill. Great way to make a great pork chop!
• Started with two, 2” thick pork chops from our local butcher, they were about 1 pound each.
• Seasoned them with SNS Grills Not just for Beef.
• Set up the Slow ‘N Sear Kettle with the Slow ‘N Sear insert and started the cook when the temp was about 350.
• Once they got close to 110 degrees, I flipped them to promote even cooking.
• Cooked them indirect for about 45 min until they reached about 135 degrees.
• Seared all of them until I liked the color of them, then pulled them off.
Summary: The Slow ‘N Sear Kettle does a great job on cooking nice thick cuts of meat. These pork chops turned out great!
