Are we aware of outward and inward things?
I see you through the image I have built about you, so I actually don’t see you at all.
The moment I want to get rid of the image I enter into a battle, which is conflict.
Awareness is not merely the observance of conflicts within myself but also through awareness the deeper conflicts are opened up.
Is the observer different from images? Is not the observer another image?
Awareness has revealed the observer is the observed. This is real meditation.
When the observer is the observed, the observer does not act at all.
