Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has justified spending Rs 5 crore of the tax payers money to offer donations to various religious sites. KCR offered gold ornaments earlier in Tirupati. Even as he justified his splurge, questions of the government's priorities have surfaced. The splurge continues even as youth in Hyderabad protest unemployment.
