If done correctly, it'll make any amount of weight seem much more difficult! Dead Stop training on Bench Press is another great way to break through plateaus. Also, a good alternative if you have shoulder joint problems as this technique allows for you to work just as hard without the strain on those joints.
Warning: This is an advanced technique. Make sure you have performed multiple warm up sets and you are used to benching with a full range of motion. Use a spotter when doing this!
