It's only been going for a year, but IPSO- the Independent Press Standards Organisation has come under attack. Matt Tee, the organisation's chief executive defends the body and says it does a valuable job, but Steve Coogan, who was a victim of the hacking scandal which engulfed the press, says the regulator doesn't work.
