In the winter issue of Rotman Management, we present some of the key insights leaders need to incorporate into their mindsets going forward. Anita M. McGahan is University Professor, George E. Connell Chair in Organizations & Society and Professor of Strategic Management at the Rotman School of Management. She is cross appointed to the Physiology Department at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine, is s Senior Associate at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard, and is a past President of the Academy of Management.
