INGREDIENTS
1 onion
15-ounce diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
2 cans of black beans
cooked rice
tortillas
DIRECTIONS
1. Saute 1 onion in a skillet
2. Add 15-ounce diced tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper, 2 cans of black beans
3. Simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes
4. Mix with rice and fill a tortilla
5. Roll into a burrito
