A 64-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving for his alleged involvement in an accident outside Lucky Plaza in December 2019. Two foreign domestic workers were killed and four others were injured. Chong Kim Hoe, a Singapore permanent resident from Malaysia, allegedly sped up while making a U-turn along Nutmeg Road. If convicted, he faces up to eight years in prison.
