"Bowser's nuts" could be interpreted in three different ways. One way could be in reference to Bowser's pair of testicles that he owns. The other could simply be implying that Bowser is deranged. The final way, and not least, could be referring to Bowser's possession of nuts, the kind of fruit, that perhaps he is selling in his own humble shop, or is just an average consumer who bought some at the supermarket.
