When Andi was seven years old, she stumbled upon an ad for Smile Train that let her know she wasn't alone, that she had the power to help other kids with clefts. In the years since, fundraising for Smile Train has given her a community, a passion for working hard to do good, an appearance on national television, the opportunity to spread smiles in India, and so much more, all before starting college.
