Ingredients :
For the dough :
- 200g all purpose flour
- 35g unsalted butter
- 70ml water
- 25ml vodka
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the butter sheet :
- 130g unsalted butter
- 40g cake flour
For the filling :
- 120g chocolate (milk, praliné, or black)
- 70g crepe dentelle
- 60g sugar
- egg for brushing
- 150g hazelnut
- some confectioners sugar
