We’re excited to have had Sarah Cohen, a local culinary entrepreneur, as a guest speaker for Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2024!
Sarah is an attorney with over a decade of experience representing foster children at The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and an entrepreneur with two small businesses: Sarah's Slow Jam, LLC and Pineapple Island Company, LLC. She combines her legal expertise with a passion for gourmet jams and heirloom home decor, creating a unique blend of service and entrepreneurship.
Sarah shared her inspiring story of balancing her legal career with her entrepreneurial ventures, showing students how diverse skills and passions can intersect to create a meaningful and impactful business. After the session, many students stayed around to ask more questions, eager to learn more about how she built her businesses and how they, too, can follow their passions to create their own entrepreneurial journeys.
We would like to give a huge thank you to The UPS Store and Fifth Third Bank for sponsoring this event.
